Local Delivery (Singapore)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:45 AM will be processed on the same day.
Collection Window: Parcels are collected within one working day between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM excluding Sunday.
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days.
Courier Service: All local orders are shipped via Easy Parcel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Nett Rates: All rates quoted are nett and include shipping fees only. Additional courier charges, such as address correction fees are not included.
Returned Parcels: Parcels returned to the sender will incur additional charges based on the weight of the shipment.
Restrictions: Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Rates
- Malaysia: Delivery is complimentary for orders above SGD 400, otherwise delivery charges will apply in accordance with the prevailing rates set by Easy Parcel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
- Hong Kong: Delivery is complimentary for orders above SGD 400, otherwise delivery charges will apply in accordance with the prevailing rates set by Easy Parcel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
- Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand: Delivery is complimentary for orders above SGD 300, otherwise delivery charges will apply in accordance with the prevailing rates set by Easy Parcel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
- UAE, Sweden, Germany, Europe, UK, USA, Canada: Delivery is complimentary for orders above SGD 500, otherwise delivery charges will apply in accordance with the prevailing rates set by Easy Parcel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is 10–15 working days, depending on destination.
Restrictions: Delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses.

Returned Shipments: Any shipment returned to Singapore will incur return charges based on the weight of the parcel. These charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Nett Rates & Additional Fees
All rates quoted are nett and include shipping charges only. They do not include any duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional import charges imposed by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver/consignee, in accordance with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdiction.
Singapore Sardarni Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any goods rejected, delayed, or withheld during customs clearance, nor for any import duties, taxes, or related charges incurred. Customers will be responsible for;
- Address correction fees
- Customs duties and taxes
- Additional import duties or taxes
- Temporary import/export charges
- Return shipping fees
Customs & Import Duties

Receivers/consignees are responsible for complying with all applicable customs laws, including the payment of duties, taxes, and any additional charges required by their local authorities. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, or reject shipments at their discretion based on their regulations.
Singapore Sardarni Pte. Ltd. has no control over these legal requirements and shall not be held liable for delays, additional fees, rejected goods, or any actions taken by customs officials in the receiving country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You may use this tracking number to monitor the movement and delivery status of your parcel through the courier’s online tracking system via the link: https://easyparcel.com/sg/easytrack/.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch. Singapore Sardarni Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.
