2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

2.1 Product Accuracy

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and details are accurate. However, variations in colour, texture, size, or packaging may occur. Such variations do not constitute grounds for dispute or refund.

2.2 Products are made with natural plant-based ingredients.

Due to the inherent variability of natural materials, the color, texture, aroma, and appearance of plant ingredients may vary from batch to batch. Such variations are normal and do not affect the quality, safety, or efficacy of the product. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these natural differences.

2.3 Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

2.4 Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and an order confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing, shipping charges dispute or errors
  • Stock limitations
  • Violations of our Terms

2.5 International Orders

Customers outside Singapore are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local import regulations.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

 3.3 Payment must be made in full before order processing.

 3.4 We are not responsible for additional bank or currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors.

4.2 Shipping Timelines

Any shipping timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4.3 Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4.4 Third-Party Delays

Singapore Sardarni Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather, strikes, or natural events
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Any actions by third parties outside our control

4.5 Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.

5. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

5.1 For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the receiver/consignee.

5.2 Customs authorities may inspect, hold, reject, or destroy parcels at their discretion based on local regulations.

5.3 Singapore Sardarni Pte. Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Customs rejection or confiscation
  • Delays resulting from customs procedures
  • Additional charges imposed by authorities
  • Loss or damage occurring during customs inspection

6. PRODUCT USAGE, SAFETY & USER RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 External Use Only

All products are intended for external use unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Please review all ingredients before purchase. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or underlying conditions, consult a medical professional before use.

6.3 Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for product usage and agree that the company is not liable for:

  • Failure to follow instructions

6.4 Our products are not medical products and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

7.1 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless the item is defective on arrival.

7.2 To request a replacement for a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

7.3 Items damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or courier delays are not eligible for refund.

7.4 All shipping fees are non-refundable.

9.2 Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11.3 This governing law and jurisdiction clause applies equally to all customers, including those located outside Singapore.
